There has been quite a good number of operators running 28 MHz WSPR during the day the past few weeks and the numbers increasing slowly. The more stations on the more interesting it becomes.
Saturday morning 14.5.11, at 8 am we already have 5 stations on 28 MHz WSPR waiting to see what the days propagation will bring :

Well with quite a dive in the solar flux over the past week conditions are really dropping away on 28 MHz WSPR. SFI as at Sat morning is only 84 and looks to be dropping further.

Weekend is here again and some more WSPR 28 reporting!During the week the solar flux dived to a low of 80, that I saw. Luckily this morning its jumped back to 90
the X-rays have also been going a bit crazy this morning also. Having said that the international DX on 28 WSPR is still off a bit this morning, only weak to USA and some weak local Es.Stations on 28 WSPR this morning as at 11am -

Can really give a final WSPR 28 report for Saturday, as the server has been down since about 4pm or so and is still off now.
All I can tell you is that I made it to OZ7IT from 0548 to 0646 UTC. But I heard nothing here.

Hi Folks, Luckily the WSPR server came back on about 11am Sunday.
Due to the server problems, not as many stations on in the USA today. Initially when the server came back a few of us got JA3BJZ. But thats about it.
The solar flux has jumped back to 101 now and a lot of Auroral activity past 12 hours possibly causing slight radio blackouts.
Stations on since the server came back up till 2.40pm :

All we can do is hope the afternoon EU paths come up.

Thats the way it goes, will just have to see how things pan out tomorrow, you just never know.
