Hi all
Our old 28 MHZ beacon transmitter has died,it is an old Icom transciever.Mike ZL3MF will repair it if its possible. We were looking to replace it with a xtal controled transmitter as if there is a power cut it restarts on default frequency. So we are looking for sugestions or a low power exciter unit that can be the bassis of a ZL3TEN rebuild.

Thanks Ross

Hi. I have xtal ovens and can retune a tait T182c to 10m if your interested. upto 25 watts should not be a problem. You will need a xtal tho..

Mark.

Let me know what the crystal requirements are. I am the custodian of the CW Ops QRP club crystal stash (currently around 1500 rocks). It is surprising how often we have something close enough that it can be pulled onto frequency.
