30m Band dead ?

Hi all....

Is this band dead at the moment ?... could sit there for hours and not hear a thing....I am talking the top end, 10.137 up.

There was plenty of activity on the weekend...all those Rtty stations everywhere. I had been trying out a number of modes on 30m but hearing nothing.....looking at HamSpots yesterday...there had been no reports by anyone for a few hours.....

In my experience it really livens up after dark and into the small hours.

Hi all,,

Rob.....seems to be pretty quite of late after dark...I usually have a listen while doing other things ....anytime from 9 pm up to about 12 pm or so..
