VK5RLZ 23cm Beacon

Post by VK5ZD »

The VK5RLZ 23cm beacon has been moved from 1296.550MHz to 1296.555MHz to avoid conflict with the VK5RSE beacon.

I have update the nominal frequency (not editable by normal use) to that of the new frequency.
Thanks for advising Iain. :D

Hi

The VK5RLZ beacon frequencies have all been changed to comply with the current WIA beacon plan.
Frequencies are:
1296.452MHz
2403.452MHz
3400.452MHz
5760.452MHz
10368.452MHz
24048.452MHz
Note that, at this time, only the 23cm and 13cm beacons are active. These are currently being tested from my home QTH and, all being well, will be relocated to their normal site in the next week or two. I hope to have beacons for 9cm, 6cm and 3cm built within the next few months. There are currently no plans for a 24GHz beacon.
