Foundation License and use of Satellite repeaters

Hi All,

As a result of some recent discussion I wondered if amateurs with Foundation licenses are allowed to make contacts through the various satellite repeaters? I understand the need to remain within their frequency allocation but I can't see anything in the LCD regarding satellite operation.

Any opinions or advice welcome.

Yep, not a worry.
Rules are as if using a terrestrial repeater.
ie: not allowed if the repeater outputs on a band / mode not allowed by an 'F' call.
