New VK4 1296 MHz beacon.

There is a new 23 cm beacon located at Warwick airfield QG51XU VK4UA on 1296.464 MHz. Its running 400 mw less cable losses to a horizontally polarised slot antenna with an EIRP of 1.5 watts. I have been receiving it [QG62OM, 145 km] up to S3 other times in the noise so from Brisbane its good DX.
