Hello, friends.
Please help identify components from chips photographs.
All components are 1985-1995. Produced HP (Avago/Agilent/Keysight)
1. Bipolar transistor. The chip and marking is similar to the AT-xxxxx series transistor chip.
2. Presumably hemt (phemt) transistor, possibly the ATF-xxxxx series.
3. Frequency divider by 4, chip marked IF003.
4. RF amplifier, frequency in the region of 12 GHz.
5. RF 12GHz to 24GHz frequency doubler, chip marked R179. But maybe this is a fet transistor.
I would be grateful for any help in identifying.
