Foundation Exam Questions

HI All,
With the changes to the Foundation license on the 12th of September. Enabling Foundation license holders to construct their own transmitting equipment and make use of digital modes.

Do you know if there have been new changes made to the Syllabus and the Exams?
I have looked at the Syllabus document on AMC however noticed that it has not been updated since April 2019.

If the changes have been made to the Syllabus, can someone tell me if the current 3rd edition would cover these topics?

Also does anyone know of any tests available online similar to the US style one?
