Let me congratulate the admin on running and maintaining the board , however I think most would agree adding the chat again would certainly increase traffic markedly , with the 6m season due the spotting use would be great , any chance ?

Whether it was or wasn't is irrelevant. It's gone, dead, deceased, no longer extant!!
As ZL3RC has indicated, there is an effective chat for 6m and above.
Type vkspotter.com in ur browser search bar. Most of the mob that were on vklogger are now there.
