10 GHz amp - info required

Post by VK2XAX »

Hi all,
I picked up a 5w 10Ghz amp at the Wyong Field Day and I'm wondering if anyone has info on it see pictures attached.

It has a Type number of CGC101205-02 and under that another number of S42024-Z282-A1

On the side panel it has a Siemens Label that also contains the number S42024-Z282-A1 and possible a serial number of RXX511664

So if anyone has info to share, I'd greatly aprpeciate it :D

The PA has some nice well known FETs it.

I have more internal pics here...

These are very similar to the 5.7GHz amps I have seen inside a Telstra hut. They are part of a much bigger assembly which is mostly heatsink which hangs inside a rack. I assume the amps are interchangeable for different bands so it would make sense for all the interconnects to be the same for all amps. This is all I have but it may help.
