Is there anybody in southern VK6 who has reasonably good 23cm capability? Looking at the Hepburn tropo website for the forthcoming weekend (Feb 6-7), I see we might have spectacular propagation across the Bight. I'm considering camping out on my field day hill with 2m, 70cm and 23cm equipment. I'd really like to make my first 23cm QSO into VK6 if someone over there can oblige.
I can also take microwave gear up to 10GHz if desired.

Hi Chas, I'd really like to help but I won't be able to get down to the south coast in short order. I have 150W to 2 x 45el loop yagis which can be made portable, but commitments in Perth for the foreseeable future preclude me going portable just now. However keep me in mind for future possibilities!!
