Anyone know of a supplier of RO4003 .81mm PCB? Google has let me down. Alternatively, I need to beg borrow steal a piece...........

How big a piece do you need?
I have some from a sample pack from Rogers...
(I assume you've tried getting a sample from them - assuming they still give them out, of course...)

Probably 100 x 150mm or so, waiting on some info for final size.......
Tried the free sample a couple of years ago, took many months, they even rang me a couple of times.....

Not listed on his current website but you can always ask....

If you can't find a local source, RF Electronica (Italy) regular vendor at Friedrichshafen. 0.76mm Arlon listed with same Er that you could expect to be a suitable alternative (*insert disclaimer*) to 0.79mm 4003. They list 0.010" 4003, I believe they do carry more than what is on the website from what they had at FN.

Mark VK5EME hasn't listed 4003 available for a while although he does still have a couple of PA kit's that use 4003

BTW, PCB is for a 300W 23cm PA....(hopefully)
