Anyone know what this annoying signal is ?

Hi all...

This was on 30m ..around the wspr and JT65 parts of the band....any ideas...

Starts small then goes wide...

It may be rtty or hf mailbox transmissions.

If it was 200MHz higher I would say it was the Neighbours 30 year re-union.
