Turnstile - Crossed Dipole Antenna

Been looking at different omni directional antenna designs.

The usual turnstile antenna design one finds from what I can see has a fundamental flaw. It uses unbalanced feeder to connect t a balanced dipole.

The Quad Turnstile looks like an interesting antenna. The feed to the loops is balanced (as it should be).
