I recently acquired this decommissioned work site light tower from the local
Hire place, It came with out any motor or generator.

Nice compartment with gull wing doors plenty of room for big batteries
amongt other things

With a 10m 3 stage tower this would be great for a bunch of antennas

It is common practice to use on mine sites etc lighting trailers modified for radio use. I have implemented quite a few including some rather expensive ones with hydraulic legs, solar panel arrays, mast tilting and raising.

They have a hydraulic lift version that I looked at as well but decided on the smaller of the two as I figured it was less to break down in a remote location and the trailer was some what heavier to be towing around with all the rams hanging from it.
