Smith charts are something that, for whatever reason, I just can't get the brain around.

Thanks Rob for the link. I've always wanted to get my head around the more complex of the Smith Charts, and now that I have a great little Antenna Analyzer in the SARK-110, I guess I can now apply a bit more theory into getting the most out of the home-brew antennas that I enjoy constructing and testing.

PS: I can be enticed to go back to Broome (the pearl company want me back there) for DX and propagation experiments, if any hams or companies are willing to help donate or finance the purchase of some QRP WSPR gear for 10m, 6m & 2m. It would be truly appreciated and my goal would be to make appropriate long term arrangements and licensing to leave at Willie Creek, WSPR gear transmitting on 10m, 6m & 2m on a 90% TX duty cycle with post-CW as a beacon, if ever I leave Broome.
