Rohde & Schwarz sweep generator

I bought a used Rohde & Schwarz sweep generator, 0,01-18GHz SWM02 814.7016.02
When i use it in cw mode, frequency are about 1450KHz to high up to 9GHz,
above 9GHz and up to 18GHz are frequency 2900KHz to high.
Does anyone have a service manual or block schematic of this generator ?
