on Wednesday I was listening to 145.825 and heard this "voice" and managed to record this.
Anyone hazard a guess as to what it is?

What satellite were you listening to? What was the time of reception? Sounds like a digitalker off one of the satellites

Was listening out for the pico balloon on 145.825 at around 3pm
