Hamad 9K2HN has announced that 50-52 MHZ has been allocated on a secondary basis to amateur ops commencing October 10th.
So like many other WFWL if you worked it before then it did not count even though it has counted.
Confusing isnt it.

I worked 9K2ZR april 7 1992 just after the big event.

I think he was located at the HQ of the local club.

That counted because the bloke i worked had a dirty great big gun!

I also worked 9K2HN on HF around the same time and i think he said it was the first HF contact after the event.
