DCW2004B Mast Head sequencer CIRCUIT

Hi there
Does anyone have a circuit for the SSB Electronics Mast Head Preamp SEQUENCER Model DCW-2004B?

This same control box/ Sequencer is used with the 6m 2m and 70 cms Mast-Head preamps.

I have blown a transistor in mine which activates the linear.

The company provide comprehensive documentation for the pre amps including circuits, board layouts and parts lists but NOTHING for the sequencer itself.
There is only the hook-up information.

I contacted SSB Electronics in Germany and was told that they will not provide technical documentation for current products.

A strange way to conduct customer support in my view.

Hi Kevin.
I know it is not any help in your particular situation, But I built my own sequencer for my 6 m EME set up.

Bench tests look great, and it probably cost around $20-30 to build. I included a "fail-safe" third relay for extra
protection.

components are a few 100uf el. caps, a pair of op amps, (741's) several carbon resistors, two variable resistors and suitable relays.
One relay is a fast switcher, the second "slow" . lna supply rail is also switched out on the "fast" second relay pole
Mounted on "vero" board, it will protect my 18 db lna, the coaxial relays easily handle the 1kw of RF I am allowed to use on six metres.

I can draw you a "circuit" if you get desperate Kevin!

Im still keen to repair the one I have however.

I have traced out the active output which is faulty and located the faulty device but have no idea heat it actually is (was)

A small smd 3/4 lead device

I don't know if it is a FET or NPN PNP transistor
