Alfaspid rotator problem

Hi guys, I've had one of these rotators for a while now, but haven't had the aerials up for a while now, but finally got around to putting things up the top of the tower, only to find this rotator of mine will only travel approx 108 degrees.

There's nothing snagging to prevent it from moving the full 360+ degrees, and seems to run smoothly for the full currently limiting range.

Just wondering if anyone in vk land has experienced these issues before with this rotator ?

Thought I should follow this up as now I've managed to fix it. ;)

Seems the voltage getting all the way out to the rotator was dropping down to below 6v, from the 13.2 that was being supplied to the control box.

The fix was to use another power supply that starts at 24v, so voltage drop down at the end of the cable is much closer to 12v, although I haven't measured it at the rotator since I replaced power supplies.

It appears that it was just enough to turn that far, then the voltage dipped just that tiny bit further and the rotator stopped moving.
