Hi FireFox users

Ever watched an interesting video on YouTube, and wanted to be able to download a copy to keep?
There's a few Add-Ons available that do this, and this is one I recently installed, and works a treat.

This is what a YouTube video channel page looks like prior to installing the Add-On:




And this is what this particular Add-On offers:




We have a download drop down, with the following options:


(The 720p option will most likely appear only on HD videos that were uploaded as 720p)

Very handy.

Microwave enthusiasts might want to get this Add-On in the next few days.

Not sure about Internet Explorer - can't stand it - don't use it - you will have to investigate this yourself.

I don't download much from YT, but when I had to I'd use YTD Video Downloader (ex Youtube Video Downloader) but this add-on should make things easier and quicker.

I figure if you're going to download all those Megabytes viewing it once anyway, you might as well just download it instead!
