ICOM IC-Delta 100H Receive problem

when the radio is set up as a tri band with 2/70/1200 in the screen the uhf band(middle screen) between 430.000 and 440.000 has no receive audio but the busy indicator is there with out signal being heard it will transmit fine and i can key up a repeater no worries also if i have 2 bands running uhf at the same time the receive on both bands is cut drasticlty from 20+ down to barley getting a signal

dont know if any of this makes sense to anyone but its worth a try.
