Possible loss of 2300-2302Mhz band

ACMA is looking to make the LTE band 2300-2400MHz continuios.
It looks like 2300-2302Mhz band will be taken away as a Ham alocation ???

There's plenty of others (commercial users) getting the boot from various parts of 2Gigs as well too, some with a deadline of Nov 2013. So amateurs are not alone.
