Hi All, I am looking for a manual for HP 83550a plug this module plugs into a HP8350b and sweeps from 8 to 20 GHz.
Any help would be appreciates

I am not aware of a manual readily available but if nobody comes forward you might want to look at the 83592A/B/C service manuals on the Agilent website. Most of the plugins are extremly similar inside with just a few options and multipler's removed to reduce the cost depending on the frequency range of the model.
Hopefully this should be a good starting point for you, along with the 83522A service manual which is available on KO4BB's website. These are the only ones I am aware of generally available.
