Thinking of buying Ten-tec. Any advice??

I am considering buying a Ten-tec. But I've never owned one before so I was hoping other Ten-tec owners could advise on any problems or issues (good or bad) of which I may not be aware.

I'm considering a Scout 555, and a Argonaught V 516.

I like the look of the Scout for mobile use. 50w is a good power level for mobile and if I'm using mono-band antennas I have no issue with what is basically a mono-band radio.

And the Argonaught V 516? Well, I am a big fan of my Elecraft K2, and a lot of K2 owners also use 516s. So there must be a good reason
