Zoom maps with Mousewheel / Chrome?

I am pretty sure I used to be able to scroll my mousewheel to zoom in/out of Google maps, including the VKLogger's own Mapping maps.

However, now it doesn't work and I have to manually drag the zoom slider.

Just wondering if anyone else has the same Chrome issue and has found a workaround?

Have done a bit of research, and it appears there's a tag that needs to appear in the HTML code for the page with the map embedded to enable mousewheel zoom. It's disabled by default, strangely enough.
