Hi,

Aldi currently have a bike stand for $40 which is perfect as a portable antenna base. Similar to a camera tripod, just heaps bigger and stronger. It is designed to hold a bike off the ground while you work on it.

Extended height is 1.9M, legs are 1.5m wide (4 * 75cm legs).

I can post some photos is anyone wants.

Here is a higher resolution photo.

The top arm which holds the bike can be removed.

You can peg down the ends of the legs.

Just a heads up that 16th Nov the famous bike repair stands are back in stock at Aldi.

I have one here. Very well built, very wide leg spacing, very stable. I use it as a bike repair stand as no longer involved in microwaves, but the microwavers out there might find it useful.
