I'll send it back. The guys at the club have asked that I bring it along to our next club meeting so they can have a look at the payload.
I promise we won't set it on fire like we do with most club activities. We're mostly technical trouble makers so we like to point fingers at stuff and say "oooooh!"
The scouts asked me if I could repair it and relaunch it. I suggested that "we might send it back to the owner first", they wanted to relaunch it that day
That's Gen Y ... they want instant gratification. I didn't tell them that it was possible else I'd never heard the end of it.
