IC-9100 record option

Hi everyone have a few questions about the IC-9100, looking at buying one with the optional Dstar board, 3khz roof filter and the RS-BA1 remote control system. Now does the IC-9100 have on board recording for both RX and TX? the user guide is a bit vague on this?
Also can you add a DTMF mic and would a IC7000 mic work with the RJ45 adaptor?

Would also love to hear some reviews on those of you who own one My main interest is HF 6m 2m and 70cm
