70cm 1200 AFSK Tlm

Post by VK2FAK »

hi all...

Just trying to find a satellite that uses 70cm 1200bd afsk in its TLM and uses it consistantly ... ie each pass.

I get the beacons no issue, but yet to find a 1200 afsk transmission.....just hearing or seeing it on a waterfall will do ,,,,don't need to decode at this point.... just can't find one..

John,
Have a look at this site http://www.dk3wn.info/p/

Not sure if what you want is there but a good list of active satellites to look at.

Hi John,

Sprout and Cubebug-1 maybe worth a look at.

Its been a while since I checked but this site indicates they are still active http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ei7m-wkt/satslisj.htm

I will have a listen on the next suitable pass.

Yes I look at both of those sites fairly regularly...just many sat's to go through one by one to get one that does what I am looking for at the moment. for some testing....

One of your recommened satellites I have looked at but think it was CW....but will conitinue to watch...the other I will try also.

Note: about to try PRISM soon..
