Hi Ben,

Just google "I3OPW" and go to the "47 GHz mixer", uses MA4E1318 Anti parallel diode usually -7dbm per sideband on 47 GHz output. Alternative if you like gluing diodes that are 0.6mm x 0.3mm to PCB's google 47 GHz & DL2AM ;-)

Cheers

Very good signals on 47 GHz from Iain over 32 km, interestingly when a heavy rain band went between us nearly -20 db drop in signals but still readable!

Maybe one needs ESP to work it out? However if the seller is an amateur the ACMA database may give a clue - in VK2?

Your workbench is clean, too clean.....

PS: A 20c piece works for the feed.
