Re: What's on your Workbench?
Hi Ben,
Just google "I3OPW" and go to the "47 GHz mixer", uses MA4E1318 Anti parallel diode usually -7dbm per sideband on 47 GHz output. Alternative if you like gluing diodes that are 0.6mm x 0.3mm to PCB's google 47 GHz & DL2AM
Cheers

Re: What's on your Workbench?
Very good signals on 47 GHz from Iain over 32 km, interestingly when a heavy rain band went between us nearly -20 db drop in signals but still readable!
The two 47 GHz systems, BTW the system on the right is the 10 GHz EME system. 3 initials yesterday on 10 GHz JT4f EME (G3WDG, OK1KIR & OZ1LPR)

Maybe one needs ESP to work it out? However if the seller is an amateur the ACMA database may give a clue - in VK2?VK3ALB wrote:Where is there?
