Wyong Field Day 2016 VHF-UHF-uWave gathering

Get-together at CCARC Field Day, Wyong, 28 Feb 2016

Hi All,

I have sent a missive to CCARC asking that they confirm the "usual" arrangements for the VHF-UHF-uWave Weak Signal fraternity get-together at the Field Day, scheduled for 1100 or 1130 hours local time.

I will advise when/if I receive such confirmation . . . or not.

Well, the CCARC Field Day website has been updated, with the What's On page giving a "skeletal" listing of activities, but nothing about the VHF-UHF-uWave Weak Signal "seminar".

The time-slot requested was 1100-1130 hrs local time.

I just received a copy of the "Seminars" timetable from VK2ZCO, pasted below.

15 minutes is allowed at the start of each hour for setup and audience file-in.

Weather permitting, I will be in the 'fleamarket' tomorrow, with a car full of microwave related 'bits'. I have antennas for 5.7GHz, 14 element yagis for 2.4GHz, 5.7GHz transverters, 20 element yagi for 1296, 5.7GHz data radios with integrated flat panel antenna complete with users manual and software on disk. I have some test gear also...11GHz spectrum analyser, 4GHz sig gen, and 12GHz RF Power Meter, al complete with manuals. Also microwave attenuators and relays.
