Microwave "Show and Tell" in VK5
Microwave "Show and Tell" in VK5
The South Coast ARC has programmed a "Microwave show and tell" night on 20th August 2015. The venue is the SCARC meeting rooms at the Seaford Meadows Scout hall at Railway Rd at Seaford Meadows. The informal meet will commence around 7-7.30, and a shout on VK5RSV on 146.675 will get you assistance to guide you to the venue.Bring some gear to show and talk about, or come and have a look at whats about. A few of us are new to these bands so come and join the learning curve,

Hi Mal
Sounds like it will be a good night. I will bring along the 1.2 and 2.4GHz transverters that I have been building.
Do you know if anyone will bring along some test equipment for these bands like Power meter, Specan, Freq Counter etc? It would be good to make it a Test and Tune event as well.

A reminder of the SCARC microwave "Show and Tell " on the 20th August ( just a few days away). Call in on VK5RSV for directions if needed, the venue is the Seaford Meadows Scout facility in Railway Rd. Thanks to those who have indicated their interest. We'll make the night as informal as possible, and see where it leads.
Looking forward to seeing you all,
Mal VK5MH
