Circuit MAS Technology 9100?

Hi Folks,

I am posting this on behalf of Bruce VK4BOO who has an ex DCA transmitter (MAS Technology 9100 New Zealand manufacture), the PA of which he would like to use as a two metre linear. At the moment it is almost there, as it stands, but will provide only 140 watts for the prescribed drive. Bruce really needs a circuit of the PA especially so that he can work out how to begin a retune.

This unit uses a MRF141G N-Channel Power FET so it could be only just superseded equipment and there might still be some documentation out there in a service department.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
