Arduino Day 2015

Post by VK3ALB »

The Geelong Amateur Radio Club is participating in Arduino Day on
Saturday the 28th of March 2015.

Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use
hardware and software. It's intended for anyone making interactive projects.

Arduino Day is a worldwide celebration of Arduino's birthday.

It's a 24 hour event organized directly by the community, or by the
Arduino team where people interested in Arduino get together, share
their experiences, and learn more.

The Geelong Amateur Radio Club will be open on Saturday the 28th of
March from 10:00am until 04:00pm.

With Arduino projects on display, hands on activities and talks aimed
at demonstrating just how easy it is to get started, there will be
something to interest everyone.

Jaycar will be in attendance displaying their extended range of arduino
products and have kindly donated a door prize for the event.

Hi,
Obviously its after the Arduino day and I am not in Geelong, so don't hold that against me.

I am interested in learning about the Arduino and want to know where to find a good resource, whether it is a book or website where I can learn about the Arduino.

Thanks in advance,
Mal
