Hi Terry.

What sort of interest is there in ATV down your way. Anyone doing anything with DVB-S on 23cm?
Be nice to try for some digital "DX" from down there up to Whyalla.
I'm presently able to deliver about 50 watts on 1278MHz, 4.0Ms/s if anyone down there is able to listen or even better to transmit back.

I'm in the middle of nowhere, so nobody that I know of near me (nearest ham I know of is over 40km away) and I don't have any ATV gear at the moment.

I believe there may be a couple of hams in Adelaide with DVB-S gear, but don't have any callsigns yet. It's on the list of things to find out.

So, if anybody knows of anybody in Adelaide with gear, can they leave a note here please.
