SSTV from ISS
Re: SSTV from ISS
This is my attempt at capturing SSTV from the ISS. I don't have a AZ/EL rotator so I could not follow the ISS with the Yagi so these were captured this morning using a vertical.
Re: SSTV from ISS
I got one almost complete decode and a couple of partials so far this morning. No kids with us this weekend, so videoed it to show them.
First one fairly crappy on the TS-2000 on the yagi:
The rest on the IC-7000 on an X-50 at about 8m agl with no preamp.
This one starts just at AOS:
Experienced LOS part way through this one:

Another one from around 0220z. This one was quite a good pass for my little vertical:

it's interesting all the pics a heavily slanted, including mine, i thought it was just me so i redid
my slant correction that just made everyone else off down on HF.
it was not like that back in December?
what do you all think?

Re: SSTV from ISS
okay, I am hooked, have 8 unique ones now, have left the IC910 on with the phased loops for the last 36 hours...
Amazing how strong it can be at times.
