From the D-Star mailing list:
Well done, Waverley ARS.
Waverley Amateur Radio Society is pleased to report that its D-star repeater was relocated yesterday from the trial site at Rose Bay to a new home at the top of Governor Phillip Tower in the Sydney CBD. This is approximately 270 metres above sea level and has a commanding view of the whole Sydney basin and beyond. Software forecasting estimates the coverage to be excellent.
The repeater operates on 438.775 with a -5Mhz offset and is in D-star mode using the callsign VK2RBV.
This repeater has Internet connectivity to other D-star units and all the usual D-star functions are enabled and working.

Re: New D-Star repeater in Sydney
I can hear it, but I think it is too weak for me to get in from Penrith.
Is there a status page for the repeater?

Never mind - I found it:

My call is not listed so it can't hear me
