Hi Leigh,
I've been watching here with interest as I also want to build a full quarter wave for 160m.
Its hard to find anything as it seems most are happy with some sort of comprimise.
If I come across anything I will post here.good luck
cheers

So, what is the question?
Leigh, just design and build a lattice tower. Guy appropriately using non conductive lines, and insulate the base from ground.
Use an L match at the base. Computer modelling will give you dimensions.
Use kilometres of ground radials, and away you go.
The radiator need not be full sized. A capacity hat will allow a more manageable size, and the resulting narrower bandwidth won't be an issue, as the band is relatively narrow anyway. A good radial system will minimize losses whatever the radiator dimension.
