I stumbled across an interesting website populated with numerous Radio interfaces, Rotator controllers and other electronic nic nacs....
I would like to make a purchase but am not having much luck with the online translation.

Anyone used this site before?

I note that you've provided a translation link to a Taobao.com page. Taobao is an eBay equivalent there in China. Doing a Wiki and I note it's actually under Alibaba's umbrella. AFAIK, for a long time Taobao has been limited to the Chinese domestic market but has recently opened to buyers outside of China. A more convenient alternative is to use Aliexpress.com (Amazon like). They often have overlapping products.
