Hmmm, some people I have seen have a larger percentage of water than brain, so it should work very well for them

Ah so it disassociates the Hydrogen from the oxygen?

You could take it a step further,

In the first day or two of my employment with a certain moible carrier, an email appeared on my Mac (oh dear, I have given away their identity) from a member of staff offering a fold up lead foil shield to be placed over the ear to make using a mobile phone safe. I pointed it out to the guy sitting next to me and he promptly got on the phone. It was only a short conversation, he advised "he is already sacked, breach of employment conditions about exclusivly representing the employers product (ie he was not allowed to flog any one elses product whilst employed)."

Now I don't know if this guy was a Uni graduate, lots of people entering the company did their stint "on the phones", but what a dumb thing to do. Some cynics might say "then he must have been a Uni graduate, maybe even a higher degree to be so silly".

I suppose it has probably happened many times in the intervening 17 years!
