I have just setup a 2<->6 metre APRS gateway and digi on 53.05MHz. I also run a mobile tracker on the same frequency. Might be useful for someone to listen for as a beacon..? Runs 25w into my modified stationmaster antenna.
I dont know if anyone else runs APRS on 6, but the heard list should indicate any openings.. I saw a VK4 in the list this morning, got excitied, checked the log and it seems he came in on inversion on 2 metres mobile in VK3..

The device has been down for a long time, seems no-one noticed anyway. I have just set up an APRX iGate on a RPi on 53.05. It TX gates all VK7* traffic and RX gates anything it hears..
