Well, the slinky would be similar to a twin line open feeder, only that the twin line feeder is normally housed in a can for the highest frequency required (short circuit). When the lower freq is chosen, the feeder is "released" from the can to provide a longer length.
Much the same as if it were a single line, end fed wire antenna (for restricted space).
As for the radiators, these too would need to be on a moveable horizontal mount.
Just like an adjustable pool-pole for picking up all the leaves (floaters) Ew..
There by the slinky could be mounted around the pool pole with the required spacers?
