Elephant hide electrical insulation, where to get ??
Re: Elephant hide electrical insulation, where to get ??
Jaycar used to sell it in small sheets under part number HG-9985. Not listed in the current catalog.
It's also known as Press Pahn and can be found in small sheets here.

Hmmm, interesting...
HG-9985 is listed in Jaycar's 2013 paper cattledog on pages 170 and 210.

Oooops! I tried their online search which I assume reflects their catalog.

It has to be said the search facility on the Jaycar website is, well, being frank: rubbish!
It fails to find items I simply know they sell.
Yet, find it in the paper catalogue, then type in the stock number, and it then appears. It appears the search facility is sadly lacking when it comes to keywords.
I don't know how much they lose in sales through potential buyers being unable to find the items?
