IP address admin

Does anybody know who the administrator is for ampr.org.au (44.136.x.x) IP address range is ?
Is there even anybody doing this anymore ? I found a reference to Ian VK2XB as the last person holding the baton.

There used to be a complete IP allocation list on packet radio many years ago but this information seems to have become extinct.
I have some experiments to conduct which I need to use the 44.136. IP range but I can't even find any info on what IP address had been allocated.

That list would be very old now, so it might be time to construct a new one.

All I'm looking for is the VK co-ordinator. I know Ian VK2XB, though I haven't heard him trucking around the country side for a couple of years now.
