As this is your first time, treat it principally as "reconaissance". Make yourself a concise list of needs & wants. Have a bundle of cash in your wallet and be prepared to pull it out and put it back several times before handing over any $. Remember that stuff offered by traders under the covered area may often offer more value for money if they have something on your needs/wants list.
