I thought I'd make a post to let you know that I have finally got my 23cm EME station fully functional and made some JT65C contacts on the weekend. It was fantastic to see it all finally come together - it has taken me about 12 months from start to finish. There is no doubt I have more to do to improve things, but I am happy with the station so far.
When I thought about what I have put together I realised very quickly that I am really just cobbling together bits and pieces others have made - I guess this is the case with AR stations generally, but I think more so with EME. For example I am using
VK5DJ rotator controller hardware and software
Obitron software by Sabstian Stoff
Septum feed by OK1DFC
LNA by G4DDK
Power Amp by DB6NT
Mechanics of tracking system design came from W0LMD (AO40 days)
WSJT software by K1JT
HB9Q reflector (and others)
Not to mention the Yaesu, Icom, Agilent and other equipment vendors.
Plus most importantly, lots of invaluable advice from people on this forum in other places.

G'day Everyone
I have a larger version of the coax relays, made by RLC Electronics. It has 'N' females on it, and has a 12/15V DC coil (see attachment.
I bought it for EME, but that is a bit diffcult to do that from here.
The relay is rated from DC to 12.5GHz. It is 70 x 70 x 30mm.

for those that might be interested I have been building a small free standing mast section from angle iron for my 3m dish. The current arrangement I have is too low and not really rigid enough.
The new mast is 2.2m high, has a 350mm face and is made from 30, 25 and 20mm (3mm) anlge iron. It hinges at the base, and the old post with the dish on it now will be used in a gin pole type arrangement.
Here's some pictures so far. I hope to have the dish moved across to it in a few weeks.
