The Waikato 2m and 23cm Beacons have been reinstalled in their central Hamilton Location. The new frequencies are 144.260 and 1296.260 with FSK ID.
The 23cm unit had suffered a PA failure as well. It is now, fixed, with about 8 watts o/p and extra filtering has been added
The units were recrystalled with crystals from Krystaly.
The 70cm beacon is undergoing a complete rebuild and we looking at other sites for this one.
