Rotator identification help please

I am wondering if anyone can help me to identify the model number of this rotator controller. Even better, if anyone has a copy of the manual/schematic that they would be willing to send me I'd be very happy. All costs paid for of course.
It has no identifying numbrs or marks that I can see on the outside.
